The Laissez-faire unit # 2 is a copy of an information sign from an airport where the essential information, and as a consequence also the reason for its existence, is taken out: The screens that that are supposed to tell when the various airplanes are to depart or arrive. The only remnants are the electrical cords left inside the structure.
