Its not unlike being on the top of a snowcovered mountain

A photo apparently shot in Norway in 1969 depicting the crew from the Apollo 11 mission in front of a strange, rural cabin. Two completely different worlds collide in one image: the smart American suits and the horns of a long since dead deer.

Based on the various conspiracy theories regarding whether or not the Apollo 11 landed on the moon (among other Opération Lune, 2002, W. Karel) Ådlandsvik attempted to add value to Norway by making an additional conspiracy theory where the question was raised whether the crew was in Norway or not. Ådlandsvik built the front wall of the cabin as a theatre flat in real size (measures taken directly from the photo), painted in grey tones with replicas of the legs of Apollo 11 as support on the back, making it possible for the viewer to reenact the argued fraud. In Ådlandsvik´s scenario, Norway became as important as the moon, also emphasizing the remoteness of both places.
