Historical detour (consequences of a slip of the tongue awarding Denmark the North Sea)
In this work I have removed a part of the facade of an old Norwegian mountain shed and used the panels to create a fictional new standard of Euro pallet.
Establishing a parallel reality to Norway in 2006, where the Norwegian economy is not based on oil, I have envisioned a Norway which would have to make use of their vast rural areas to create products for export. The work functions as a single, selected item from this other dimension, conjured up as a manifestation of the lost ingenuity and initiative of the Norwegian people(!).
